CTPL is the vision of founding directors who bring over 24 years of experience in endourology, surgery, and pharma operations, alongside 14 years directly inside the Sterile Processing Department (CSSD) industry building solutions from the floor up. That deep, hands-on experience became our founding philosophy: partners should lead with process excellence, QMS Management Outsourcing and clinical accountability, not lowest-cost manpower.
